From Components on the Dock to a Finished Kit in Stock
Components Received
Every component is received, verified against your purchase orders, barcode-scanned and stored in the correct zone within 24 hours of arrival.
Bill of Materials Loaded
Your BOM goes into the system and sets the component counts, packaging specification and visual placement standard for the build.
Components Staged
Parts are pulled to the assembly area before the run starts, so a line never stops waiting on a component that is still in racking.
Built and Counted
Assembly line for continuous volume, batch builds for complex assortments. Physical counts are verified at each station before the outer pack is sealed.
Parent SKU Applied
The finished kit is labeled with its own parent SKU barcode, so from here it is one item to pick, count and ship.
Inventory Adjusted
Scanning the parent SKU decrements the component balances and adds the finished kit to active stock, so components and finished goods are never counted twice.
