Do I need to ship products to you?
For most product photography projects, yes — physical products need to be on-site for studio shooting. For clients who fulfill through J.M. Field, we can often pull products directly from inventory already at our facility, eliminating a separate shipment.
What file formats and resolutions do you deliver?
Standard delivery includes high-resolution JPGs at 300 DPI for print use and web-optimized JPGs or WebP files sized for ecommerce platforms. If you need specific pixel dimensions for a marketplace or platform, tell us and we'll export to spec.
Can photography be used in the catalog you print for us?
Yes — and that's a key advantage of working with us. Photography produced by our team is handed directly to the design team who lays out your catalog. No file transfers between vendors, no resolution problems discovered at prepress.
Do you photograph promotional products and branded merchandise?
Yes. Promotional products, branded apparel, drinkware, and custom merchandise are common subjects. We understand how to light decorated surfaces — embroidery, screen print, laser engraving — so the decoration reads clearly in the final image.
