Questions
Print Design FAQ
Can you redesign a piece I already have but need updated?
Yes. Bring us an existing layout — PDF, InDesign, or even a scan — and we'll update copy, images, or structure and return a press-ready file. We match your existing brand wherever possible or refresh it if that's part of the scope.
Do I need to supply my own copy and images?
You supply copy unless copywriting is in scope. For images, you can provide your own photography or we can source stock imagery. Product photography can be handled by our in-house photo team when catalog or ecommerce shots are needed.
How long does print design take before the job goes to press?
Simple one-page layouts typically take 2–3 business days to first proof. Multi-page catalogs or folders with complex die lines take longer. We confirm design timeline alongside print production scheduling so the overall deadline is met.
What if I just need a file prepared — not designed from scratch?
We handle prepress and file prep as a standalone service. If you have a file that isn't print-ready, we check bleed, color mode, resolution, and font embedding, then correct and hand it off to press — no full design engagement required.
