What's the difference between structured and unstructured caps?
Structured caps have a buckram backing sewn into the front panels, which keeps the crown upright and gives a clean, professional look, ideal for corporate programs and uniforms. Unstructured caps (often called "dad hats") have a softer, relaxed crown that conforms to the wearer's head and suits a more casual aesthetic.
How detailed can the embroidery be on a cap?
Embroidery works best with bold, clean designs at 0.25 inches or larger. Very fine text or intricate details can lose definition in thread. Our art team will review your logo and recommend any simplifications needed before digitizing, ensuring the finished product looks sharp at the size you need.
Can caps be shipped individually or only in bulk?
Both options are available. For trade show or event distribution, caps ship in bulk cases. For employee recognition, onboarding kits, or direct-to-consumer programs, we can individually polybag, tag, and fulfill caps to individual addresses from our Fort Lauderdale warehouse.
