J.M. Field Marketing runs pick and pack fulfillment for B2B and B2C orders from our climate-controlled Fort Lauderdale warehouse. Every order is picked with barcode scan verification, packed with the right materials and carton size, and checked before it ships. Order status and inventory levels are visible in real time through the All In View client portal.
Every item is scanned against the order record before it goes into the carton, so the wrong SKU cannot leave the bench.
The picking method is matched to the order profile rather than forced, so small parcels and large multi line orders both move efficiently.
Cartons are chosen to fit the contents, with protective fill added where it is needed, so goods arrive undamaged and you do not pay to ship air.
A final quality check happens before the box is sealed in our climate controlled Fort Lauderdale warehouse, and we reship free if an order still goes out wrong.
Order profiles we pick and pack
From single units to controlled lots, we match the pick and pack workflow to the order type.
Single item orders
Each unit is picked individually, verified against the order, and packed with care for safe delivery to the customer without mixing SKUs or paperwork.
Multi line orders
Multiple SKUs are gathered from climate controlled locations, checked for completeness, and packed together under one shipment record so the customer receives everything ordered in a single box.
Bulk or case quantity orders
Full cases and pallet quantities are picked from warehouse stock, counted, and staged for freight or parcel shipment as needed.
Serial or lot capture orders
We record serial numbers or lot codes during the pick and pack process so traceability stays intact from shelf to doorstep.
Fragile and high value orders
Breakables and high value goods get heavier dunnage, a second verification at the bench, and packaging chosen for the carrier and the route rather than the shelf.
Climate sensitive orders
Products that should not sit in a hot warehouse are stored, picked and packed inside our climate controlled Fort Lauderdale facility from receipt through to the carrier.
