Custom Packaging Printing
Custom Packaging — Built to Match the Product Inside
Structural and graphic design for retail, ecommerce, and direct-mail packaging.
Packaging is often the first thing a customer touches — and it shapes expectations before the product is even opened. J.M. Field supports packaging design end-to-end with experienced graphic designers and project coordinators. We develop packaging that balances premium aesthetics with product protection and efficient fulfillment workflows, managing die lines, layouts, specifications, finishes, and vendor coordination while maintaining consistency and scalability.

Questions
Packaging FAQ
Can you design the packaging and then fulfill from the same facility?
Yes. We design, produce, and store packaging at our Fort Lauderdale facility. When orders come in, packaging components are kitted and shipped from the same dock — no transfers, no third-party warehousing.
Do you provide structural die lines or do we need to supply them?
We provide die line templates for standard box structures. For custom structural packaging, our team develops the die line in coordination with production. You don't need to bring your own.
What is the minimum quantity for custom packaging?
Minimums vary significantly by package type and printing method. Folding cartons and retail boxes typically start at 500–1,000 units; corrugated shipper boxes at 250+. Contact us with your specs for an accurate quote.
Can you match our brand's Pantone colors on packaging?
Yes. We support PMS/Pantone spot color printing on most packaging substrates. For foil and specialty finishes, we'll confirm color options during the quoting process.
